Securities Market Approach for Resolution Through Online Dispute Resolution (SMART ODR)
Securities and Exchange Board of India (“SEBI”) vide its Circular dated 31st July, 2023 (Updated as on 20th December, 2023), had announced the introduction of a common Online Dispute Resolution Portal (“ODR Portal”), whereby the existing dispute resolution mechanism in the Indian securities market is being streamlined under the aegis of Stock Exchanges and Depositories (collectively referred to as Market Infrastructure Institutions (MIIs)), by expanding their scope and by establishing a common ODR Portal which harnesses online conciliation and online arbitration for resolution of disputes arising in the Indian Securities Market. We provide customer-centric financial services, mainly in the form of micro-credit, to the under-served and un-served women population and MSMEs of the country. The credit extended is utilized majorly in agriculture and allied activities as well as in small businesses. Through our products and services, we aim at empowering the economically active poor households and MSMEs to grow their businesses and thus improve their overall quality of lives.1. Mr. Gaurav Kumar - Managing Director:
Mr. Gaurav Kumar began his career with Bank of Punjab Ltd., building a strong foundation in retail
banking and financial services. With over 13 years of experience, he has held senior roles with leading
institutions including Citibank and ICICI Bank, gaining diversified exposure to wealth management,
investment advisory, Corporate Banking and lending operations and third-party financial products.
In 2017, he acquired Regency Fincorp Limited and assumed charge as Managing Director. At the time
of acquisition, the company was primarily engaged in unsecured lending with an equity base of
approximately ₹3 crores. Under his leadership,
a. Company managed to raise funds through equity infusion from Promoters and institutions upto
₹100 crores that lead to increase the net worth to ₹155 crores as on 31.03.2025
b. Company portfolio was significantly diversified into secured lending, Gold loans (GOLG)
lending and unsecured lending
c. Secured lending introduced and scaled to nearly ₹85 crores across 10 branches
d Asset quality, yields, and profitability improved materially
e. Credit discipline, capital structure, and market access strengthened
f. Successfully raised ₹125 crores from leading financial institutions and AIFs
g. Currently managing assets of ₹206 crores as on 31.03.2025. Presently apart from Regency fincorp Limited urrently Mr Gaurav Kumar is director in six other companies.

Over 20 years of rich professional experience, Mr. Sarin has developed deep expertise in Business Banking and Wealth Management. Throughout his career, he has gained comprehensive knowledge of banking operations, financial planning, investment advisory, and client relationship management. His professional journey reflects a strong ability to manage financial portfolios, develop strategic business relationships, and deliver value-driven financial solutions. He is holding directorship in one other company apart from Regency Fincorp Limited.
3. Mr. Sarfaraz Mallick, Whole Time Director :
Mr. Sarfaraz Mallick began his career with Kotak Mahindra Bank, He brings over 20 years of seasoned expertise in corporate finance, specialising in corporate debt, structured debt and lending Business. A post - graduate (MBA- Finance) from symbiosis Institute of Management Studies and BE engineering. Throughout his career, he has successfully managed diverse corporate lending relationships, showcasing a deep understanding of unique client requirements. he managed a team of 50 members in mid and emerging market for west and north India, currently he is taking care of fundraisers from the capital market and the from debt institutions including banks and others. he is also one the prime member in compliance and credit committee, gaining diversified exposure to wealth management, investment advisory, Corporate Banking and lending operations and third-party financial products. In 31/10/2023, he appointed in Regency Fincorp Limited and assumed charge as Non-Executive Director & in 28/03/2025 he also appointed as CFO in same company. Apart from regency fincorp limited Mr Mallick is holding directorships in seven other companies.
4. Ms. Dolly Setia, Independent Director:
Ms. Dolly Setia is an accomplished Human Resources professional with more than 8 years of extensive experience in various HR functions, including recruitment and selection, employee lifecycle management, employee services, and employee relations. She has consistently demonstrated a strong understanding of human capital management and organizational development, contributing effectively to building efficient and productive work environments. Throughout her professional career, Ms. Setia has played a significant role in strengthening HR processes and implementing best practices that support organizational growth and workforce development. Her expertise spans across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining harmonious employee relations within the organization. Apart from Regency Fincorp Limited Ms. Dolly Setia is not holding directorship in any other companies.
5. Mr. Sachin Garg-Independent Director :
Dr. Sachin Garg is a seasoned banking and financial services professional with over 18 years of extensive experience across retail banking, wealth management, and mortgage advisory. He holds a Doctorate in Marketing and Finance and is a Certified Financial Professional, reflecting a strong blend of academic excellence and practical expertise. Dr. Sachin Garg is not holding any other directorships apart from Regency Fincorp Limited.
6. Mr Sanjay Mittal :
Dr. Sanjay Mittal is a seasoned banking and financial services professional with nearly three decades of extensive experience in banking, NBFC operations, investment banking, and wealth management. De holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration, an MBA in Finance, and is a Certified Wealth Manager (CWM). Over the course of his distinguished career, Dr. Mittal has held senior leadership roles with reputed banking institutions including Bank of Punjab Limited, IndusInd Bank, and ICICI Bank. He served as Senior Manager, Chief Manager, and Assistant General Manager respectively, gaining deep expertise in credit appraisal, risk assessment, structured finance, portfolio management, regulatory compliance, and strategic banking operations. Apart from Regency Fincorp Limited Mr. Sanjay Mittal is not holding directorship in any other companies
